... ce qu'il faut dire. I'm in France. I'm taking the same classes I took in middle school. I'm living in French at the hands of the French. Take off for Lyon and the Alps in a week. Oh! Here are some things that might interest you:
- I eat fish.
- Running is great here, but the cobblestones are slippery and mostly it's lonely. There are some good routes in the city, but my favorite game is to run as far as I can away from the center of town. I only turn around when I start to panic that I won't be able to find my way back. This is only "okay" because the municipal bus system extends out past the burbs. Never leave home without the bus pass. I-n-t-e-r-d-i-t-e.
- France is magical in the way Disney is Floridian. It's something about the lamp posts.
- The Euro is kicking my ass.
Here are some more sentimental thoughts:
- I miss you all.
- I even miss Karen Baumann.
- Please, remind Karen to shower.
Happy Valentine's Day. Run fast. Etc.
Love, Heney

Haha Heney- should have studied abroad in South America. The Ecuadorians have the American dollar, but if it was exchangable it would be in our favor (ie 60 cents for a pack of the best cookies ever, $2 cerveza which is basically two beers...)
Love you lots!
je me suis douchée heir soir, putain!
tu me manques plus que tu peux imaginer!!
$2 american bucks here buys the equivalent of half a glass of house wine or a can of amstel (if the establishment isn't all that "classe"
AH BY THE WAY i've seen the french in the streets with boxes of wine: the rumors are true. the franz has crossed the atlantic!
